30-day return requests
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
How to return
Provide your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. Send the authorized return within 14 calendar days of authorization to qwestparkk, 10 Rue Paul Valéry, 59223 Roncq, France.
Return shipping & fees
We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, or when the issue is our error. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Our return address is in France, so international return postage may apply. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with a description of the issue and photographs when available. We will coordinate a replacement or refund with you. The unused-item and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns do not restrict requests involving damage, defects or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. For an approved full-order return, we refund the item amounts. Your payment provider may determine when the credit becomes visible. Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory rights.
